TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SERVICE

Welcome to Gentleman Korea. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of products from our online store. By accessing our site, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. ELIGIBILITY & ACCOUNT
By placing an order, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction of residence. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Gentleman Korea reserves the right to refuse service or terminate accounts at our sole discretion.

3. PRODUCT INFORMATION & DISCLAIMERS
Usage: Our products are for cosmetic use only. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.

Sensitivities: While we provide full ingredient lists, customers are responsible for checking for potential allergens. We strongly recommend performing a patch test before full use. Gentleman Korea is not liable for individual adverse reactions.

Accuracy: We strive for 100% accuracy in product descriptions and colors, but we do not guarantee that your monitor’s display of a color will be perfectly accurate.

4. ORDER ACCEPTANCE & PRICING
The Contract: Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is only formed when we send you a Shipping Confirmation email.

Errors: In the event of a pricing or stock error, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed for that product, even if the order has been confirmed and your payment method charged. If charged, we will issue a full refund immediately.

Currency: All prices are processed in [USD/KRW/EUR]. You may be subject to currency conversion fees by your bank.

5. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING & CUSTOMS
Importer of Record: When you order from Gentleman Korea, you are the Importer of Record. You must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.

Duties and Taxes: Gentleman Korea is not responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes. These fees are determined by your local customs office and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Delivery Risk: Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier (e.g., DHL, FedEx, Korea Post).

6. RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS
Hygiene Policy: Due to the nature of cosmetic products, we cannot accept returns of opened, used, or unsealed items for hygiene and safety reasons.

Change of Mind: For unopened products, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery. The customer is responsible for the cost of international return shipping to Seoul.

Defects: If a product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photographic evidence for a replacement or refund.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gentleman Korea shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or the inability to use our website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product in question.

8. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes arising from these terms that cannot be settled amicably shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Seoul Central District Court.

9. CHANGES TO TERMS
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the site following any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
