RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY
At Gentleman Korea, we stand behind the quality of our curated K-Beauty selection. Because we ship sensitive cosmetic products internationally from Seoul, we have established the following guidelines to ensure safety and fairness for all our customers.
1. THE "HYGIENE FIRST" RULE (IMPORTANT)
Due to health and hygiene regulations, cosmetic products can only be returned if they are unopened, unused, and the original manufacturer’s seal is intact.
Opened Products: Once the seal is broken or the product has been used, it is strictly non-refundable unless the product is proven to be defective.
Sets & Bundles: If you purchased a "Grooming Kit," the entire set must be returned together. We do not accept partial returns of kits.
2. RETURN WINDOW
Change of Mind: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
Notification: You must email our support team at [Your Email] or use our [Return Portal] before sending any items back. Unannounced returns will not be processed.
3. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
Customer Responsibility: For "change of mind" returns, the customer is responsible for all international shipping costs back to our warehouse in Seoul.
Recommendation: We strongly suggest using a trackable shipping service (like DHL or your local registered post). Gentleman Korea is not responsible for return packages lost in transit.
Original Shipping Fees: Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
4. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR WRONG ITEMS
If we made a mistake, we will fix it.
Process: If you receive a damaged item or the wrong product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Evidence Required: To prevent fraud, we require clear photos of the shipping box, the shipping label, and the product itself.
Solution: We will either ship a replacement at our expense or issue a full refund (including shipping costs).
5. REFUND PROCESS
Inspection: Once your return arrives at our Seoul facility, our team will inspect the "Hygiene Seal."
Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days.
Payment Method: Refunds are only issued to the original payment method used (Credit Card, PayPal, etc.). Please allow an additional 3–5 days for your bank to post the transaction.
6. ITEMS EXEMPT FROM RETURNS
Sale/Clearance items (Final Sale).
Gift Cards.
Products with broken seals or damaged original packaging.
