SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY
Gentleman Korea delivers the best of Korean grooming directly from our headquarters in Seoul to your doorstep, anywhere in the world.

1. ORDER PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and Korean public holidays).

You will receive a Shipping Confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your package leaves our facility in Seoul.

2. SHIPPING METHODS & ESTIMATED DELIVERY
We offer two main tiers of shipping to balance cost and speed.

Note: Delivery times are estimates. Actual delivery may vary depending on local postal speeds and customs processing in your country.

3. WORLDWIDE SHIPPING & RESTRICTIONS
We ship to over 100 countries. However, due to international postal regulations:

P.O. Boxes: We generally recommend a physical address for DHL shipments to ensure successful delivery.

Restricted Zones: If we cannot ship to your specific region due to carrier restrictions, we will contact you immediately to provide a full refund.

4. CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES
Gentleman Korea is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order.

Responsibility: All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, VAT, taxes, etc.) are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Import Rules: As the importer, you must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.

Refusal to Pay: If a package is returned to us because the customer refused to pay local customs duties, the original shipping cost and any return fees incurred will be deducted from your refund.

5. TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order has shipped, you can track it via:

Carrier Sites: Use your tracking number directly on the Korea Post or DHL Express websites.

6. DAMAGED OR LOST PACKAGES
Damaged Items: If your products arrive damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods. Take clear photos and contact our support team at [Your Email] within 48 hours of delivery.

Lost Packages: If your tracking status shows "Delivered" but you haven't received it, please check with your neighbors or local post office first. If it remains missing, contact us so we can open an inquiry with the carrier.
